The frequency of counseling sessions with Metanova Therapy LLC will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.
We offer telehealth sessions via HIPAA-compliant platforms. It is important to note that the client must be physically located in the state where the therapist is licensed at the time of the therapy session.
If you are unable to make your appointment, it is your responsibility to cancel the appointment with a member of our staff, 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you miss or fail to cancel an appointment, you will be charged a fee of $50. Habitual offenders (more than 2 missed appointments/late cancellation/no-shows) are subject to discharge.
